3.내 용 :

Despite the bright prospects of flexible electronic industry, there are some limitations in

the current technology. For an example, the current technology can not provide the

solution to the high performance electronics on a bio-compatible flexible substrate nor the next generation fusion Bio-IT technologies. This seminar introduces two recent

technologies that can provide the solution to the above problems. The first part of this

seminar will introduce the methods for realizing the high performance flexible electronics: printable semiconductors from the bulk Si wafer and laser crystallization of a-Si on plastic substrates. The second part of the seminar will discuss the flexible energy harvesting and storage systems. Finally this seminar will discuss how to incorporate the high performance flexible electronics into the fusion Bio-IT research area.
